Capacity Building Supports
Support Coordination (Complex Specialist)
Specialising in complex and general support coordination - backed by experience.
Improved Daily Living
Therapeutic supports, allied health, art therapy, counselling and hoarding concerns.
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Psychosocial recovery coaching is a direct practice that supports the area of mental health with qualified staff to support mental health recovery. It is not to be confused with support coordination.
Increased Social and Community Participation
Providing supports to interact within the community.
Core Supports
Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Group centred activities, such as art groups, women’s and men’s groups, and can also link in with other groups and skilled professionals within the wider community.
Assistance with Daily Life
Providing assistance with household tasks and personal activities, can also link in with other community services.

Joining The Dots currently provides services in the Northern, Eastern and Western suburbs of Melbourne Vic.
We are continuously extending our services to compliment the roll-out of the NDIS across the Melbourne metropolitan and regional Vic areas.
